Battle Stations was a 4-part miniseries produced near the height of World War II by the "National Broadcasting Company's Department of Special Events" in cooperation with the U.S. Navy.
The show's stated aim is "to tell you of your Navy -- its accomplishments, its history, its heroes, and its hopes."
