Let George Do It
Starring Bob Bailey as George Valentine, Let George Do It was a freelance detective drama with a Box 13-style twist: a catchy newspaper ad. Recited at the beginning of each episode, it read "Personal Notice Danger's my stock in trade. If the job's too tough for you to handle, you've got a job for me, George Valentine".
With his secretary "Brooksie" (Claire Brooks, played by Frances Robinson), George solved the usual big-city mysteries. The show ran from 1946 through 1954, sponsored by Standard Oil.
