Welcome to the gentle country humor of Lum and Abner, proprietors of the Jot 'em Down Store and Library. Set in the hamlet of Pine Ridge, Arkansas, this series is part soap opera, part comedy, and all fun.
Starring Chester Lauck as Columbus "Lum" Edwards and Norris Goff as Abner Peabody, this series ran from 1931 through 1950 with a variety of sponsors, networks, and formats.
